Mr. Jerry has been working at the school for well over a decade in his current role as custodian. However, his affiliation with the school spans half a century. He attended the school in the 1950s, and his family have been parishioners of the church his entire life. He remembers when the school was taught exclusively by nuns and the fact that when he was in school, there were two grades to a room. He was also present when the present location of the school began construction in 1949.
He has stated that he loves the family atmosphere of the school and enjoys the fact that students can be taught religion and values in the school. In 2012, he was named the Distinguished Alumnus of the Year for his continued and long standing dedication to the school. We are very proud to have him as part of the Holy Cross Catholic School family.
